Ray is currently working as a Brand Manager at Raw Fury since 2022, where they are responsible for brand management plans, coordinating team efforts, developing influencer and paid ad activations, and identifying transmedia opportunities for Raw Fury products.
Prior to this, they worked at Coatsink as a Brand Strategy Manager from 2020 to 2022, overseeing brand marketing strategy for upcoming products and managing the Coatsink identity. Ray also led the social media and community team, developing community plans and raising the public profile of the business.
Ray has also held positions at Thunderful Games as a Brand Strategy Manager, Limit Break Mentorship as a Mentor, Perp Games as a Marketing Manager, Life Sciences Hub Wales as a Digital Marketing and Events Executive, Bean&Gone - Adventures to enjoy together as a Community Manager, and Steel Media Ltd as an Events Marketing Executive and Community Manager.

Ray Willmott completed their education at the Open University from 2015 to 2020. They earned a degree in English Literature & Creative Writing, with a focus on British and Commonwealth literature. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ray obtained certifications in Mental Health First Aid from the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England Instructor Members in May 2021 and PQA training in January 2015.
