Layla Rawji

Layla Rawji is a marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Rawbank since November 2020, Layla previously held the position of National Changemaker Director at Ignite Mental Health, where efforts focused on transforming student mental health through a network of changemakers. Prior experience includes work as a User and Product Researcher at Veri Nano, where market research and product optimization were key responsibilities. Additionally, Layla interned in product development and global education at Hourglass Cosmetics, and contributed to pediatric epilepsy research at Boston Children's Hospital. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree from Wellesley College and an International Baccalaureate from the International School of Prague.
