Chad Grube

Chad Grube has been working at Rawhide Youth Services since September 2019. Chad holds the position of Crisis Support Specialist and Living Unit Supervisor, where Chad supervises a team of 9 staff members and oversees a program for up to twelve youth. Chad also serves as an On Campus supervisor one evening a week and one weekend every four weeks. Prior to their current role, Chad worked at Outagamie County from June 2000 to May 2019 as a Deputy Sheriff. Chad earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1996 to 2002. Chad also has experience working as a Youth Development Specialist focused on program and behavior management in both school and residential settings.
