Daniel S. Strick

Daniel S. Strick is a Partner at Rawle & Henderson, LLP. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Strick was a partner for many years at an insurance defense firm in Philadelphia. Mr. Strick’s practice areas include insurance coverage, trucking litigation, premises liability, products liability, insurance fraud and commercial litigation. He also has extensive experience in defending professionals against malpractice claims. Mr. Strick was a law clerk to the Honorable Ronald E. Bookbinder in the New Jersey Superior Court in Burlington County.

Mr. Strick is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Tort Trial and Insurance section of the American Bar Association and the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance. Mr. Strick is an editor and publishes articles in the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal regarding recent developments affecting Professionals’, Officers’ and Directors’ liability.
