Hayley Cichacki

Hayley Cichacki has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Hayley began their career as a Human Resource Specialist at Sears in 2001 and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they joined CBIZ as a Senior HR Consultant and subsequently held several roles within the company, including HRO Manager of Benefit and Administration Services and HR Outsourcing and Services Manager. In 2020, they became the Director of HR Consulting Services and Outsourcing. In 2021, Hayley joined EmpowerMe Wellness as the VP of Human Resources and held this role until 2023. Currently, they serve as the Director of Benefits and Compensation at Rawlings Sporting Goods.

Hayley Cichacki completed their education at Webster University from 2007 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with an emphasis in Human Resources. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, they attended Drury University, where they pursued their Elementary Education studies but did not complete a degree. Before their college education, Hayley attended Parkway South High, details of which are not provided.
