Braden Waverley

Braden Waverley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, particularly in technology and operations management. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor and Board Observer at RAY · ALLEN, Inc. since October 2020, Braden also fulfills the role of Chief Operating Officer. As the Founder and Managing Director of ABW Holdings, LLC since 2005, Braden specializes in investments and business development in enterprise security software and related sectors. Previous positions include Chief Operating Officer at CyFIR, Interim Chief Financial Officer and Strategic Consultant at Federal Signal Corporation, Executive Chairman at CombineNet, and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Patron Systems, Inc. A strong background in P&L management and strategic planning was also evident during Braden's tenure as Vice President & General Manager at Dell, where leadership spanned the Home and Small Business Division in Canada and Asia. Braden holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
