Staci Griffin

Staci Griffin is a seasoned attorney with extensive expertise in commercial real estate and corporate law. Currently serving as a Partner at Ray, Feighny & Hartle PLLC since January 2023, Staci specializes in various aspects of commercial real estate transactions and corporate legal matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and drafting complex agreements. Previously, Staci was the Owner and Managing Partner of The Law Office of Staci A. Griffin, PLLC, and served as a Senior Attorney at Murray | Lobb, PLLC. Staci's career also includes roles as an Associate at Waldron & Schneider, LLP, Haynes and Boone, LLP, and Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP, as well as an internship with Judge Miller at the United States District Court.
