Bonnie McGraw

Bonnie McGraw is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an HR Benefits Specialist at Ray Graham Association since November 2018, Bonnie has previously held roles as Human Resources Manager at Hyatt Regency and TEAM/The Evangelical Alliance Mission, where responsibilities included full life-cycle recruiting and employee handbook maintenance. Early in the career, Bonnie developed HR structures at Big Idea and Baldwin Cooke, focusing on recruitment, policy implementation, and employee benefits administration. Education was pursued at Moody Bible Institute from 1973 to 1975, and foundational HR experience was gained at Washington National Insurance Company.
