Natalie Hinkel

Natalie Hinkel is the Vice President of Commercial Services at Ray Stone Incorporated, leading the Commercial Real Estate team in leasing and managing retail and office assets since February 2015. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, Hinkel previously held the position of First Vice President at Buzz Oates, managing a portfolio of 2.4 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties. Prior roles include Sr. Commercial Property/Leasing Manager at Ray Stone Incorporated, where Hinkel facilitated over 500 real estate transactions totaling $65 million, and Property Manager at Best Properties, overseeing retail grocery-anchored properties. Hinkel began the career at Hallwood Commercial Real Estate as an Assistant Property Manager/Marketing Assistant. Hinkel holds a BA in Communications from California State University-Sacramento.
