Ben Pongsanarakul

Ben Pongsanarakul is a software engineer at Raya since January 2019, bringing extensive experience in operational management and financial oversight from previous roles. Prior to Raya, Ben served as the Director of Operations at Family Legal Care, where effective direction in finance, administration, human resources, and technology was provided, ensuring operational excellence. Ben also held the position of Finance and Operations Manager, handling daily bookkeeping for a non-profit organization with an annual budget exceeding $2 million. Earlier experience includes roles such as Fiscal Manager at Boston Asian: Youth Essential Service and Foreclosure Prevention Counselor at CAMBA Legal Services, where advocacy for clients was demonstrated. An early career with City Year New York as an AmeriCorps Member involved significant community service and program development. Ben holds a B.S. in Politics and Law from Suffolk University and completed a coding program at App Academy in 2018.
