Elias Gonalakis

Elias Gonalakis serves as the Mechanical Systems Design Manager, Mechanical Systems Design Team Leader, and Mechanical Engineer at Raycap since October 2013, focusing on the design of telecommunication equipment, electromechanical systems, and cable management systems. Responsibilities include close collaboration with the sales department to meet customer requirements, detailed assembly and part design, system analysis for adherence to design criteria and international standards, hands-on involvement in product development and prototyping, and managing complete drawing packages aligned with ISO standards. Prior to Raycap, Elias was a Project Leader at Innora SA from November 2010 to September 2013, where expertise was applied in the design and development of mechanical and mechatronics systems for EU funded and domestic projects. Elias holds an M.Sc and Diploma in Automation Systems with a specialization in Automation Control Systems and Robotics, as well as a Diploma from the School of Mechanical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens.
