Arun Gupta

Arun Gupta's work experience begins in 1997 when they joined Uniflex Industries as a Shift officer in their Extrusion plant in Kanpur. Their responsibilities included completing daily production plans, conducting rejection analysis, and providing operator training related to 5S.

In 1998, Arun moved on to work at Mutual Industries Ltd as a Shift officer in production.

In 2002, Arun joined Raychem RPG Ltd as a Sr Manager Manufacturing. Here, they played a key role in planning and executing customer orders, implementing contingency plans, and driving manufacturing excellence through TPM as Autonomous maintenance Pillar chairman. Arun also contributed to cost reduction by fostering a Kaizen culture among employees.

Arun Gupta's education history is as follows:

From 1993 to 1996, Arun studied at Lucknow Christian Degree College and obtained a BSc degree in Chemistry.

In 1996, Arun enrolled at the Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology, where they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Polymer Science and Technology (PGDPPT) in 1997.

In 2004, Arun returned back to Lucknow Christian Degree College and pursued another BSc degree in Chemistry, which they completed in 2006.

Later, from 2005 to 2007, Arun attended SIES College of Management ST and earned an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree with a specialization in Finance.
