Sameer Rane has over 15 years of experience in various HR roles. Sameer is currently the Head of People Processes, Talent Management, and Learning & Organization at Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Amcor Flexibles India Pvt. Ltd. and as the Manager of HR Operations at APM Terminals. Sameer also served as the HR Manager at Bunge and as the Assistant Manager of Rewards & Performance Management at HSBC Bank. Sameer started their career as an HR Executive at Mahindra Engineering Design and Development Company Limited and as an HR Assistant at Asian Paints (I) Ltd. Sameer has extensive expertise in compensation and benefits, performance management, payroll management, and HR operations.

Sameer Rane completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Wilson College in Mumbai in the year 2000. Sameer then pursued a degree in Human Resource Management (DHRM) from the Welingkar Institute of Management in Mumbai and completed it in 2004. After completing their DHRM, Sameer Rane continued their education at the Welingkar Institute of Management, specializing in Human Resource Management.
