Matt Pudney's work experience begins in 2011 as an Assistant Engineer intern at Pentair Australia and New Zealand. There, they were responsible for designing, setting up, and managing tests for defective pump cases and check valves, as well as writing professional reports for supervising engineers.
In 2015, Pudney joined No Bolt Operations as a Sales Engineer, then transitioned to a Design Engineer role before becoming a Design Engineer and Quality Manager in 2016. In these positions, they contributed to the design and quality management of various projects.
In 2018, Pudney continued their career at No Bolt, taking on the role of Operations Supervisor before being promoted to Production Manager. Matt then served as the Lead Project Engineer until 2023.
