Scott Dooley, CFA is currently the Managing Director at Rayliant Global Advisors, Columbus Macro, LLC, and Treasurer on the Board of Directors at The Asservo Project. Scott is also the Co-Founder/Chairman of the Research Policy Committee at ETF Global. In the past, Scott was the Founder, President/CEO, and Chief Investment Officer at Fusion Investment Group, LLC and the Chief Investment Officer at Blue Vase Capital Management. Scott holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from Grove City College.
