Lynn Phillips-Gaines

Lynn Phillips-Gaines is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in wealth management and financial planning. Since 1982, Lynn has served as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional and Wealth Advisor at Phillips Financial, where securities are offered in affiliation with Raymond James Financial Services, a member of FINRA/SIPC. Additionally, Lynn has held the position of Registered Principal at Raymond James Financial Services since 1998. Lynn co-founded and served as Vice President of the Starkville Bridges Out of Poverty Initiative from 2011 to 2014 and began a career in finance as a Registered Representative at FSC Securities from 1984 to 1986. Lynn earned a Master’s degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a Bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University.
