Philippe Novikov

Philippe Novikov is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and automation engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at Raymond James since January 2017, Philippe has previously held roles such as Test Analyst and IT Associate focusing on implementing comprehensive QA practices, including Selenium-based UI tests and API performance/load tests. Philippe's background includes significant contributions at The SSL Store™, where as a Quality Assurance Analyst, Philippe optimized business processes, introduced a profitable installation service feature, and excelled in bug documentation and testing. Philippe started a career in technology support at Eckerd College, advancing from Helpdesk Analyst to Research Assistant, and has also worked as a Customer Support Representative, performing various technical tasks in real-time. Philippe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and International Business from Eckerd College. Additionally, Philippe has a diverse background as a professional musician, performing across the greater Tampa Bay Area.
