Will Hodge

Will Hodge is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently, Will serves as the Managing Director and Co-Head of Energy & Power at Raymond James, a position held since June 2020. Prior to this role, Will was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division at Barclays for over a decade, focusing on the Natural Resources Group. Will began a career in investment banking as a Summer Associate at Lehman Brothers in 2008. Additionally, Will served in the US Navy from 1999 to 2007 as a Naval Special Warfare Officer (SEAL). Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School and a BBA in Management from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
