Shirley Lucia

Shirley Lucia possesses extensive experience in business development within the environmental industry, currently serving as a Contractor for Business Development at Raymond Engineering-Georgia, Inc. since 2010. Prior to this role, Shirley held the position of President at Lucia Consulting Inc, providing support to environmental and engineering firms in Georgia and Alabama until October 2019. Shirley's career at AECOM spanned nearly three decades, during which time leadership and program management roles were undertaken through four acquisitions, showcasing expertise in federal, local, and industrial markets. Shirley holds a B.S. in Chemistry from George Mason University and has attended the College of Charleston.
