What you will bring to Rayn as a Senior Website Developer:

• Your superpower is the ability to build and engineer dynamic, interactive, and mobile-responsive websites and web applications with a focus on usability, performance, and scalability.

• Exceptionally strong attention to visual detail and pixel-level fidelity.

• Mastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+ syntax), and JS-based front-end frameworks (e.g. React.js, Vue.js, Next.js).

• A good understanding of Backend Development, Infrastructure, Public Cloud, CDNs, and hosting.

• Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting Website and Web app issues using tools such as Chrome DevTools, Safari Web Inspector, Lighthouse, Google PageSpeed Insights, and GTMetrix.

• Experience with CMS systems for content management capabilities (e.g. WordPress, Drupal, Joomla!).

• A good understanding of SEO techniques, and how to make websites SEO-friendly.

• Implement analytics tools such as Google Analytics, MixPanel, Hotjar, and MS Clarity for tracking website traffic metrics and user behavioral analysis.

• Collaborate with geographically distributed cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

• Work closely with Clients to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance.

• Convert designs created in Figma into highly performant, mobile-responsive web applications.

• Stay updated with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices.

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Web development.
• Proficient with Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
