María García Gavilanes

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship and nutrition. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products, since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Prior experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a nutritionist at a private consultancy from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's Degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
