Nicolás Aguilar Gaete

Nicolás Aguilar Gaete is a seasoned sports psychologist and coach with extensive experience supporting athletes across various disciplines including karate, tennis, and football to enhance their performance and psychological well-being. Currently serving as a Sports Psychologist at Rayo Vallecano de Madrid and as a coach for Dragones de Lavapiés, Nicolás has also worked with athletes preparing for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Prior roles include providing psychological support to at-risk youth athletes with Fundación Valores and educational psychology at Instituto Técnico Alerce Cordillera. Nicolás holds a Master's degree in Sports Psychology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and has a strong background in both educational and sports settings, emphasizing mental training and personal development.
