James Dwiggins

James Dwiggins is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive in the real estate industry, currently serving as Co-Founder at Rayse since September 2020 and Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of NextHome, Inc. since its launch in January 2015, overseeing the establishment of over 400 office locations across 46 states with a network of more than 3,600 agents. With a background that includes Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer roles at Realty World Northern California & Nevada, Dwiggins has a proven track record in driving sales, marketing, and technology initiatives. Dwiggins also co-founded VREO, Inc., which pioneered automated website systems for real estate, and played key roles at Lenders Choice and USA Virtual Tours, focusing on innovative solutions for the industry. Dwiggins studied at Cuesta College from 1997 to 1998.
