Ola Weistrand

Ola Weistrand has extensive experience in the field of applied mathematics, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Research Engineer and Competence Group Manager at RaySearch Laboratories since October 2005, Ola has also held the position of Research Engineer specializing in Image Analysis. Prior to this role, Ola was a PhD student at Uppsala Universitet from January 2000 to October 2005, focusing on research in applied mathematics and algorithms for the parameterization of digital objects. Ola obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Applied Mathematics from Uppsala University in 2005.
