Stina Svensson

Stina Svensson is a seasoned professional in the field of image analysis, currently serving as a Senior Research Engineer and previously as a Senior Software Engineer at RaySearch Laboratories since August 2009. Stina has extensive academic experience, including a role as a senior lecturer at the Centre for Image Analysis at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences from January 2008 to March 2011, supervising PhD students. Other notable positions include Senior Scientist at the Department for Cell and Molecular Biology at Karolinska Institutet and Sidec, and earlier roles as Assistant Professor and Doctoral student at the Centre for Image Analysis. Stina's educational background includes a PhD in Image Analysis and Remote Sensing from SLU and a BSc in Mathematics from Uppsala University. Stina has also held guest researcher positions in Italy and the Netherlands.
