Dele Awofala

Dele Awofala possesses extensive experience in quality management and engineering, currently serving as VP/GM for the Fan & Compression Mod Center Operation at Raytheon Technologies. Previously held significant roles at Pratt & Whitney, including Executive Director and Senior Director positions focusing on quality assurance and supplier quality. Dele has also contributed to the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering as a member of the Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Advisory Council and held director-level quality roles at Eaton Corp - Vehicle Group and Barnes Group Inc. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University and an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Michigan State University.
