Elsa Collins

Elsa Collins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, instructional design, and human resources. Currently serving as a Global Learning & Development Manager and Change Management Lead at RTX, Elsa has previously held significant roles at Black Knight as HR Learning and Leadership Development Manager, and at Medtronic as a Quality Systems Instructional Designer. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Instructional Systems Design from Florida State University and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Florida. Elsa has also contributed to academia as the Director of Instructional Design and Assistant Professor at Concordia University Portland, as well as worked as a Junior Instructional Designer at Tallahassee Community College.
