Joshua Sweet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and operations planning, systems engineering, and military innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Sales and Operations Planning at RTX, Joshua drives strategy and process optimization while leading long-range planning initiatives for five Strategic Business Units. Prior roles include Senior Principal Systems Engineer overseeing agile delivery for a $600M classified program, as well as leadership positions in the United States Marine Corps, where Joshua has managed knowledge portfolios and achieved remarkable productivity rates. At L3Harris Technologies, Joshua held various management roles, demonstrating expertise in test engineering and manufacturing processes. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
