Karan Dabas

Karan Dabas is a seasoned engineering professional with expertise in manufacturing processes and project leadership, currently serving as Technical Project Lead and Principal Engineer at Raytheon Technologies since January 2019. Dabas specializes in planning and optimizing manufacturing processes for landing gear components, implementing lean methodologies, and enhancing equipment capacity to address process bottlenecks. Previous experience includes leading new product development projects at Zodiac Aerospace, where skills in tooling strategy and production efficiency were significantly demonstrated. Dabas also contributed to machine efficiency improvements during an industrial engineering co-op at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and managed quality and business improvement processes at Rolls-Royce.
