Roxann M. Erxleben is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Global Head of Business Services at RTX, Roxann previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer for the Americas at Capgemini Engineering, and also served as Chief Operating Officer at Factor. Additional experience includes serving as VP of Consulting and Service Delivery at AHEAD and holding multiple managing director positions at Accenture, including Global Shared Services Lead, Global Solution Development Lead, and Global Service Management.
