Tim Fragale is an experienced engineering and operations professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering Chief - Operations at Raytheon Technologies since October 2019, focusing on New Product Introduction and Transition to Production. Previously, Tim held various senior program management roles at Raytheon, overseeing product life cycle execution and new business acquisition transitions. Tim's career began at General Motors, where contributions included early development of electric vehicle technologies, followed by a tenure at Hughes Aircraft Company as a Manufacturing and Test Engineering Manager. Tim holds degrees from Kettering University and the University of Phoenix.
