Cody Smallwood M.ed.

Cody Smallwood, M.Ed., currently works as an Associate Cloud Engineer at Razor Technology since May 2022, where responsibilities include managing support requests and ticket queues within the Service Desk ticketing system. Previously, Cody spent over 15 years at Temple University, holding various roles such as Technical Support Specialist and Bibliographic Assistant in both Access Services and Science & Engineering.
