Weiling Xu

Weiling Xu is a seasoned professional in data and analytics, currently serving as the VP of Data & Analytics at Moroch since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading the BI team, enhancing data processing, and advising clients on analytics solutions. Prior to this, Weiling held the position of Director of Marketing Science at Hearts & Science, focusing on translating data into actionable insights and optimizing marketing strategies. Experience includes roles such as Associate Director at Elevate, Senior Manager at Wunderman, and Consultant at The Allant Group, with an emphasis on marketing analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making. Educational background includes an M.B.A. from Arizona State University, a Master’s Degree in Decision Science from Georgia State University, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from South China University of Technology, complemented by ongoing professional education at MIT.
