Aleksejs Bistrovs

Aleksejs Bistrovs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as a Program Management Expert at RB Rail AS, Aleksejs integrates PMO standards and best practices for Rail Baltica across the Baltic states. Previously, as Change Manager and Project Manager at Latvijas Energoceltnieks SIA, Aleksejs worked on telecommunication infrastructure projects in Germany, overseeing a network length of 600 km. As Chief Operating Officer at MENA-Water, Aleksejs led the Project Management Office and managed municipal and industrial water projects while working closely with stakeholders on company reorganization. Aleksejs has also held engineering positions at Resetilovs un CO, contributing to project execution plans and quality control systems, and began a career as an Assistant Architect at SIA Namejs Plus. Aleksejs holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Water Management from Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies.
