Janis Plakanis

Janis Plakanis is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in project management and technical leadership. Currently, Janis serves as Co-founder of sehaci.com since June 2023, while also holding the position of Technical Project Manager at RB Rail AS since January 2020. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Citrus Solutions from March 2015 to January 2020, Project Manager at SIA Baltronic, and Group Manager at SIA Lattelecom. Janis has a robust background in optical and access network planning, having started a career at SIA Citrus Solutions and SIA Onninen. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from the Transport and Telecommunication Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte.
