Andrew Sherwill

Andrew Sherwill has been with RBC Bearings since June 2012, holding various titles such as Operations Manager, Plant Manager, and Manufacturing Manager. Their role involves developing, improving, and supporting grinding operations within the facility. Andrew also introduced new processes in areas such as part marking, thermal process, and quality assurance. Prior to RBC Bearings, Andrew was a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Covidien and a CNC Machine Operator at Vision Engineering Inc. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Engineering for Manufacturing from the University of Connecticut.
