Miguel Guzman

Miguel Guzman has over 15 years of experience in shipping and materials management, currently serving as Shipping Manager at RBC Bearings since May 2016, where responsibilities include coordinating shipping activities and overseeing shipping documentation. Prior to this role, Miguel held several positions at Parker Hannifin from August 2008 to May 2016, including Materials Planning Manager, Shipping and Receiving Supervisor, and Shipping Lead, focusing on material planning, inventory accuracy, and improving operational metrics through a High Performance Team. Miguel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Westwood College of Anaheim, earned between 2007 and 2011.
