Mark Goldstein

Mark Goldstein is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and capital markets. Currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Head of the Financial Sponsor Group at RBC Capital Markets since May 2011, Mark previously held the position of Head of Restructuring and Liability Management at J.P. Morgan, where responsibilities included leading the Advisory and Capital Markets Practice for EMEA. Mark's career began at Salomon Brothers as an Associate and continued at Bear Stearns & Co., culminating in the role of Head of European Investment Banking and Leveraged Finance after a significant tenure in the Financial Sponsor Group. Mark co-founded the middle market LBO firm Evans & Hughes and holds an MBA from IMD and dual degrees from The Wharton School and the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.
