Saumitra Pande

Saumitra Pande currently serves as the Head of Digital Channels, Onboarding & Sales Enablement at RBC Capital Markets since December 2022. Prior to this role, Saumitra held significant positions at Citizens from April 2010 to January 2023, including SVP Head of CRM & Commercial Digital Channels, where leadership involved managing the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem and engineering teams focused on customer experience and credit risk platforms. Additionally, Saumitra was the SVP of Strategy & Architecture at Compliance Technologies International, LLC from April 2007 to March 2010, overseeing technology vision and software product development, and served as Chief Technology Officer. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at PwC, focusing on scalable solutions and IT strategic planning, and as a Senior Consultant at HCL Technologies, contributing to substantial government and state projects. Saumitra holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Chemical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, graduated in 1996.
