Joe Pisciotta, PMP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Joe Pisciotta, PMP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in program management and business development. Joe began their career in 1986 as a Medical Service Corps Officer in the US Army. In 2008, they became a Program Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton, providing project management, quality control and risk management services to effectively deliver more than $8M in Force Health Protection contract support to nine different TRICARE Management Activity Directorates. Joe then joined Deloitte in 2012 as a Senior Manager, serving strategy and human capital clients in the Federal Health market with emphasis on the Military Health System (MHS). In 2019, they became a Senior Director at Cherokee Federal, leading strategic business development planning and execution for eight Federal Health Sector LLCs. Joe then joined Knowesis Inc. in 2020 as a Senior Associate, optimizing business development processes for a growing woman owned business. Currently, Joe is a Director of Growth & Client Capture at RB Consulting, Inc. and a Program Manager at Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions, leading a team of health subject matter experts serving Veterans Administration clients.

Joe Pisciotta, PMP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP obtained a BS in Biology from Longwood University between 1982 and 1986. Joe then went on to pursue an MS in Health Administration at Central Michigan University between 1994 and 1995. In 2005, they obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources\u00ae (SPHR\u00ae) Certification from HRCI. In 2013, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Finally, in 2020, they obtained their SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
