Thibault de Gendt

Thibault De Gendt is an experienced professional in the football industry, currently serving as a Match Delegate for UEFA since October 2011, where responsibilities include ensuring match organization and compliance with regulations. In addition to this role, Thibault functions as an Integrity Officer for the Royal Belgian Football Association (RBFA), fostering connections between football and disciplinary authorities. Since February 2002, Thibault has held various positions at the RBFA, including Competitions & Club Service Manager and Secretary of Disciplinary Committees, overseeing disciplinary processes and coordinating national competition aspects. Thibault also coordinated the Futsal Referee Department and holds a Licentiaat in Political Science from Ghent University.
