Parag Kale is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the financial services sector since 1999. Currently serving as the Chief Credit Officer and Head of Collections (Retail) at RBL Bank, Parag holds significant responsibilities across multiple retail lending products, including Home Loans and Loan Against Property. Previously, Parag has held positions such as COO of Retail Lending, EVP & Head of Agri & Rural Banking, and EVP & Sales Head for Business Lending and Direct Channels at RBL Bank, along with leadership roles at American Express, Barclays Finance, ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and Reliance Telecom Ltd. Parag's educational background includes a PGDBA in Marketing from IMDR and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Mumbai, complemented by executive education at NUS Business School.
