Kelly Panagiotidou

Kelly Panagiotidou is an experienced professional in organizational design and human resources, currently serving as a Managing Partner and Partner in Organizational Design at REBORRN, a management consultancy based in London and Athens since October 2018. Previously, Kelly held the position of HR Director at tripsta from January 2015 to July 2018, overseeing cultural integration following a significant acquisition within a fast-paced technology-driven environment. Prior roles include Head of Learning, Performance, and Talent Management at NN (formerly ING) Insurance Greece from January 2006 to January 2015, where Kelly managed employee development during organizational restructuring, and Assistant HR Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts between September 2000 and July 2005, starting as an entry-level HR associate. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Alba Graduate Business School and a BSc in Management and Organizational Behaviour from Deree College.
