Neil Rubin

Neil Rubin's work experience begins with their current position at RBR-Technologies as a Senior System Engineer, which they have held since June 2020. Prior to this role, they served as the Development Task Lead from January 2018 to June 2020 and as the Strategic Communications Lead from March 2017 to January 2018.

Before joining RBR-Technologies, Neil worked at JFHQ-DODIN / 90 Cyber Protection Team as a Senior Operations Planner and Deputy Team Lead, where they led planning, synchronization, and execution of defensive cyber operations from April 2014 to November 2016.

Neil's career in the Navy also included roles at the Navy Information Operations Command, where they served as a Cyberspace Operations Subject Matter Expert from June 2008 to April 2011 and as the Deputy Director Cyber Operations from April 2006 to June 2008.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Naval Special Warfare Group One as a Tactical Information Operations Operator / Planner from April 2001 to April 2006 and at Naval Security Group Support Detachment as an Information Operations Operator / System Analyst from November 1995 to April 2001.

Neil Rubin completed their education in the field of Information Technology Management. From 2010 to 2015, they attended American Military University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Neil further pursued their education from 2015 to 2017 at Capella University, where they also studied Information Technology Management, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree from this institution.

In addition to their formal education, Neil Rubin has acquired several certifications. In 2016, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce certification from CompTIA. In 2018, they became a Certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance. Later in 2019, Neil obtained the GIAC Certified Project Manager Certification (GCPM) from GIAC Certifications.
