Samir Shah

Samir is a Director with the Financial Advisory Services of RBSA and brings with him a rich experience of more than 18 years in the area of Valuation.

His valuation experience encompasses Share Swap recommendation, FEMA Valuations, Impairment analysis, TEV Studies, Valuation of assets as per IBC, purchase price allocations etc. across industries.

His previous associations have been with esteemed organizations like Dalal & Shah (part of PwC), SSPA & Co. and N.M. Raiji & Co. as part of their financial valuation advisory team. Prior to joining RBSA Advisors, Samir lead FEMA valuation practice and carried out valuation for determining share swap ratios at KPMG.

Samir has also been a speaker on topics for Valuation, IBC and Mergers & Acquisitions. He has authored paper and has been a speaker at ICAI RVO.

He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also registered Valuer for Securities and Financial Assets with IBBI.
