Katherine A. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Katherine started their career in 2012 as a Quality Assurance Assistant at Imaging Associates. In 2014, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Wittner Shoes Australia. Katherine then joined EPICURE in 2011 as a Food and Beverage Attendant, where they gained experience in professional event coordination. In 2017, they became a Customer Care Consultant at STARTEK, specializing in personal and business banking enquiries. At UniSuper, Katherine held multiple roles, including Member Services Consultant from 2019 to 2021, Pensions Consultant from 2021 to 2022, and most recently as a Financial Crime Specialist. During their tenure at UniSuper, they also served as the Pensions Subject Matter Expert for a merger project, where they collaborated with stakeholders, developed new processes, and conducted training sessions.
