Derek Flucker

Derek Flucker is the current Managing Director at RBY Projects. Derek has held various leadership positions at different companies throughout their career.

Derek Flucker began their career as the General Manager at Waanyi Nation Aboriginal Corporation. Derek was responsible for developing and implementing social and economic programs for the Waanyi people. Derek also played a key role in developing Northern Project Contracting, which provided economic opportunities for the Waanyi people.

After a successful stint at Waanyi Nation Aboriginal Corporation, Derek Flucker moved on to Northern Project Contracting, where they served as Managing Director from January 2005 to December 2011. During their time at NPC, Derek was one of the founding directors and helped grow the company into a major success.

In January 2013, Derek Flucker joined the Centre for Social Responsibility in Mining as a board member. Derek held this position until December 2016.

Derek Flucker is a highly accomplished leader with a proven track record of success in various roles. Derek is currently making a positive impact as the Managing Director at RBY Projects.
