Felix R.

Felix R. currently serves as a Water Specialist at RCAP Solutions, Inc. since October 2021, focusing on compliance with the EPA Safe Drinking Water Act and Clean Water Act for small public water systems and private wells. Prior experience includes serving as the Environmental Health Program Regional Director at the Puerto Rico Department of Health, overseeing 25 employees across three offices and ensuring compliance with various health regulations. Felix R. also worked as an Environmental Protection Specialist, conducting water quality inspections and monitoring systems in the Mayaguez region. Additional experience includes a contractor role at Medtronic, managing fitness programs for employees, and an internship with the US EPA, where responsibilities involved writing permits under the Clean Water Act. Felix R. holds a Master's Degree in Public Health Environmental Health from Ponce School of Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
