Beth Berry

Beth is responsible for managing compliance, KYC and banking for the main trading entities.

Beth works alongside Jerome assisting in the day-to-day running of the Finance Department; with Phil in Compliance, ensuring Rcapital fulfils its duties as an FCA regulated firm; and with Tara maintaining internal records.

Beth first joined the team part time in 2010 as a receptionist, in between travelling the world in the musical theatre industry. She relished the opportunity of bringing her knowledge of Rcapital’s internal systems and processes to the finance and compliance departments, joining full time in 2014.

Having grown up in Aberdeenshire, Beth now lives in Surrey with her husband and son, never missing an opportunity to tune into ‘Elaine Paige on Sunday’ on the way to the abundance of woodland walks that the area has to offer.
