Sebastien Pagnon

Sebastien Pagnon currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at H2H Services since December 2023, and serves as Business Unit Director for both Rcube Professional Services and Rcarré since March 2022. In these roles, Sebastien Pagnon is responsible for the accountability, growth, and P&L alignment of the business units, as well as defining strategic directions focused on sales, operations, and HR management. Prior to these positions, Sebastien Pagnon was the Infrastructure & Support Services Director at ARHS Cube from December 2012 to March 2022, and has held various roles including Technical Account Manager at onepoint PSF - Luxembourg, Project Manager at IRIS (Canon Group), and several positions at Siemens Business Services Luxembourg SA and EUROMASTER EUROPE. Sebastien Pagnon’s extensive experience spans over two decades and encompasses a strong background in strategic management, operational oversight, and customer relationship management. Education includes a BAC+4 degree in Computer Science and International Culture from ESAIP and additional studies at various institutions.
